Kính chào các anh chị.

Tôi hiện nay là công nhân của một nhà máy chuyên dập định hình . trong quá trình làm tôi cũng đã học hỏi được một ít kinh nghiệm làm khuôn dập nguội . Các anh chị giúp tôi công thức tính toán lực cắt đứt tấm thép khi thiết kế khuôn .
Vi dụ : sản phẩm có phôi thép 5.0t x 150 x 150 thì phải sử dụng máy dập bao nhiêu tấn ?

Bạn anhhuy gợi ý rất xác đáng! Bạn chuyên làm về đột dập thì nên có ít nhất một (hoặc vài) cuốn sách và sổ tay, vừa nâng cao kiến thức vừa dùng để tra cứu khi cần. Kinh nghiệm là đáng quý, đáng trân trọng, nhưng kiến thức cũng quan trọng không kém. Nó có vai trò "chỉ đạo", giúp bạn rút ngắn đáng kể số lần làm thử để rút kinh nghiệm, tiết kiệm được rất nhiều thời gian, tiền bạc, công sức…

"Diễn nôm" công thức mà bạn anhhuy đã nêu:
Lực dập (tấn) = Chu vi hình cần cắt đứt (mm) x Chiều dày vật liệu (mm) x Độ bền kéo của vật liệu (kG/mm2) / 1000

Muốn tính chính xác, bạn phải biết rõ độ bền kéo của vật liệu cần dập. Với các loại thép tấm thông thường cho sản phẩm dập, nếu không rõ "nguồn gốc xuất xứ", bạn có thể lấy gần đúng độ bền kéo là:
Ts (Tensile Strength) = 50 kG/mm2
(bạn treo vật 50kG lên dây thép có tiết diện 1mm2 thì nó đứt)
Thay vào công thức trên, có thể rút ra công thức thực hành để tính nhanh chóng lực dập ngay tại hiện trường:

Lực dập (tấn) = Chu vi hình cần cắt đứt (mm) x Chiều dày vật liệu (mm) / 20
(bản thân rustbolt cũng thường áp dụng công thức này, dùng tính năng calculator của chiếc điện thoại di động để tính toán ngay tại phân xưởng, chẳng cần tài liệu tra cứu gì khác)

Với ví dụ của bạn:
Lực dập = 600 x 5 / 20 = 150 tấn
Chọn máy có sẵn trong xưởng, có lực dập cao hơn lực tính toán trên khoảng 20% đến 30% là OK.

Cảm ơn 2 anh rất nhiều về việc hướng dẫn và giới thiệu một số tài liệu . Mình xin hỏi thêm một số vấn đề như sau :
1 - Đối với các loại máy dập như dập cơ, dập hơi và dập thủy lực, việc xác định lực cắt theo công trên có sự khác biệt không ?
2 - Máy đánh đầu ốc vít ( Punching machine ) , xác định lực có theo công thức trên không ?

P=150x150x5x50=5625T thung chi co may 5T,8T,10T nen ban co the chon may 8T hoac 10T không nên chọn máy 5T vì khi làm việc máy còn phải mang thêm bộ khuôn với lại khi làm khuôn dập tấm bạn còn thường hay sử dụng lò xo đẩy hoặc nhựa đẩy.

em có cái nầy bác tham khảo nhé, đây là công thức theo TC liên xô, sách được dịch lại năm 1974, hơi củ nhe các bác
Xác định lực cắt hình và đột lổ
P= k*L*S*Tc, = kg

trong đó:
- k=1.1 -1.3 : là hệ số tính đến không đồng đều và chiều dầy tính chất vật liệu, mép cắt bị mòn, chế tạo và lắp ghép khuôn không chính xác
- L= chu vi vòng dặp cắt hay đột lổ
- S= chiều dày vật liệu
- Tc= ứng lự cắt của vật liệu, tùy theo vật liệu mềm hay cứng, dập nóng hay dập nguội
công thức trên chỉ áp dụng cho khuôn cát đột phắng, nếu xác định lực cát lớn hơn máy có sẳn trong phân xưỡng các bác có thể giảm lực cắt bằng cách tạo mép cắt xéo
công thức tính lực cát cối xéo ( lượn sóng)
nếu H= s
P= 2*S*Tc (A+0.5*B)

Tài liệu thì nhiều vô kể. Vấn đề là bạn có thời gian để tìm ko thui. Tôi thấy các anh em toàn dùng công thức lý thuyết, chẳng có thực tế nên tính ...đúng hết cả. Chán......

Cho mình hỏi chút.Mình cần dập lổ inox.kích thước lổ dập 90*90.dày 2 li.vậy cần máy dập loại nào.

Mình chế tạo dao cho cắt từ từ được không.như vậy có làm đem lại vết cắt đẹp không.Tại mình không có đièu kiện mua xi lanh lớn.

Bạn ý nhầm đơn vị của Shear strength of stock material bác ạ, đơn vị là kg/mm2 -> lực cắt trong công thức đó sẽ là Kg chứ không phải Tấn.

Tieubu tra thì người ta dùng công thức đó nhưng có thêm hệ số k =0.8
INOX SUS304 có S=588N/mm2 = 58.8Kg/mm2
Lực cắt C = 0.8*360*2*58.8 = 33868.8 Kg ~ 34 Tấn

Vậy theo công thức trên với sản phẩm là o van 9x25 độ dầy t=4.......> P=64x4/20=13 tấn phải ko ạ?

cộng thêm 20% thì là 15 tấn có đúng ko ạ.Em xin thank!

Thế em có vật liệu STKM11A mà em không tra được các thông số đó đâu. fi40, dày 2, ống dài 1650 thì tính được bao nhiêu ạ ? mong các anh giúp. Thanks !

Các anh cho em hỏi một chút ạ! giả sử như em dập thép định hình từ thép tấm thành thép hình chữ V chẳng hạn, thì lực được xác định như thế nào ạ? em cảm ơn.

Xin được trả lời bạn:
- Lực kéo cho phép của bu-lông tính theo công thức Pmax= [s]kéo*A. Với [s]kéo phụ thuộc vật liệu và A là tiết diện hữu dụng của bu-lông. Bạn có thể tính được với M6*1 khoảng 20mm2.
- Lực xi-lanh thì bạn lấy áp suất môi chất công tác nhân diện tích mặt đáy piston. Ở đây đường kính mặt đáy piston là phi 50.
- Để lực bằng nhau thì coi áp suất môi chất công tác là biến số để tính ra (thay đổi nhờ van điều áp).

Tính theo mặt cắt tại chân ren ( tiết diện nhỏ nhất ) thì chưa đủ vì tại đó tập trung ứng suất nên lại phải có hệ số kể đến điều này nữa. :)
