Mình cũng đã từng thử dùng phần mềm NX Nastran nhưng thấy khó quá không đơn giản như sử dụng các phần mềm CAD/CAM
Femap là giải pháp phần mềm phân tích ở cấp thấp hơn so với NX Nastran nhưng cũng khá ít tài liệu để nghiên cứu.

Theo mình biết thì FEMAP được sử dụng mô phỏng trong Ship Industry. Còn trong lĩnh vực khác như Automotive, Electronics, Aerospace rất hiếm thấy. Nastran là bộ solver khá mạnh trong lĩnh vực structure analysis của hãng MSC. NX = UG + IDEAS nên tiền thân CAE của NX(UG) là Ideas CAE nhưng Ideas CAE không phát triển tốt và chết dần, họ phải tích hợp giải pháp Nastran của MSC để đưa vào để cạnh tranh với Dassault System(Abaqus). Hiện nay các bạn có thể gặp cả AutoDesk Nastran. Nếu để tính toán sơ bộ có thể dùng NX Nastran, còn phân tích CAE chuyên sâu với độ chính xác cao thì có lẽ hơi khó khăn khi dùng NX Nastran, các phòng R&D họ thường dùng ANSYS, HYPERWORKS, MSC, ABAQUS...và còn tuỳ theo lĩnh vực nghiên cứu.
