Bên em mới lấy cái máy này về. Tài liệu hướng dẫn thì Tiếng Anh. Đọc mãi nhưng em không hiểu máy này hiệu chuẩn như thế nào và trước khi đo mẫu thì có cần hiệu chuẩn hay ko, về 0A và 100%T như thế nào và mẫu phải như thế nào. Và hệ số FACTOR là gì và dùng làm gì ạ?

1. Convert The Voltage Power According To The Country Voltage Power (110V. or 220V.)
2. Turn The Power Switch On At The Back Of The Spectro
3. Display Shows: Spectro 2000 “Please Wait”
4. Sounds Of The Spectro Warming Up & Adjusting Will Now Be Heard.
Wait Until The Spectro Is Completely Warmed Up,( THE SOUND WILL STOP) To Adjust The Cuvette
Holder.

6. If Different Wavelength Is Needed: Change The Wavelength By ( )
7. If A or T Is Needed:
Push The Soft Key A/T/C To See On The Display A or T or C.
8. Put The Cuvette With The Reference Solution In The First Cell Holder. The Sample For Testing In The Cell Holder Should Be Placed In Cell Holder 2, 3, or 4. The Display Will Show R (Reference) Or Either S2 - S3 - S4, By Pushing The Key S. Move (Sample Move).
9. The Spectro Will Show Setting Blank . When Putting The Reference In The First Cell Holder, Adjust
A.000 And T100.00%. By Touching The Soft Key A/T/C A Few Times.
10. If The Second Line (Menu) Comes To The Screen Unwillingly, Push The A/T/C or ESC Key To Remove
The Second Line.
(Menu) Is The Second Line Of The Display That Exists In The Memory Of The Spectro.
11. Set Up The Factor For Reference Solution.
12. Put The Cell Holder 2, 3, or 4 And Test The Absorption, Transmission, Or Concentration. .
