Chào anh! Em cũng đang làm luận văn về đề tài này. Em cũng có tìm hiểu qua công nghệ này được chút chút. Sản phẩm điển hình của công nghệ này là các tay cầm. Nếu anh đang làm khuôn về loại này thì có thể cho em xin vài tài liệu và chút kinh nghiệp được không?
Đây là công nghệ khá mới ở VN nên tài liệu tiếng Việt hầu như không có! Hic

Tên đầy đủ là GAS Assisted Injection Molding
Là ép phun nhựa vào lòng khuôn theo sau là khí Nitơ và theo tâm đường phun nhựa từ cuống phun ,kênh dẫn ,vòi phun và đi thẳng vào lòng khuôn và tạo rỗng bên trong sản phẩm ép phun bằng cách đẩy dòng nhựa nóng.

Ưu điểm của nó là giảm lực kẹp khi các sp lớn
tiết kiệm vật liệu lên tới 40%
giảm khối lượng của chi tiết trong khi vẫn đảm bảo kích thước và hình dáng yêu cầu
tạo sản phẩm dễ dàng , giảm độ cong vênh

INTRODUDTION OF GAS ASSISTED INJECTION MOLDING
1Invention and development of the G.A.I.M:

His principle is to let the high pressure gas through the nozzle which injected into the molten material, in order to make the molten material with the mold inner wall surface full contact. Due to technical limitations at that time and it did not receive attention. Until the

Later in Europe, including: Cinpress, Battenfeld, Ferromatik, Stork, Engel and Johnson Controls a group of equipment manufacturers, and continually improved this technology. By the late 90`s, gas-assisted injection molding technology has been the rapid development and extensive use.


2The types of the G.A.I.M
●SINGLE GAS CHANNEL
●OPEN GAS CHANNEL
Single gas channel product construction of a thick-wall section and a gas channel which through the product body. Such as door handles, handrails, tubular handle, were under such a structure. Due to the gas must be flow to the thick section, so the thick product body will be foam a gas channel (single gas channel). So this type product can save a lot of material. And at the same time, this type of hollow structure will be stronger.
Open Gas channel product are mainly thin-wall product (wall thickness of product does not allow less than 2MM). Similar with which product has some rib structure part and boss. The gas will follow to the thick part (that is structure wall and boss), these parts will be became gas channel. As before we said, gas will flow to the thicker part, so some time the thicker parts will be blowout and infiltration by the gas (made fingering).

●Save the plastic raw materials ,saving rate is as high as 40%
●Shortening the production cycle
●Elimination the shrinkage marks of the product surface, to solve the deformation problem, improve the accuracy of the product;

<2>Effluence injectionMould closes and full filled the mould with the plastic melt , and then (after some time delay), the high-pressure gas is injected into the melt ,at the same time open the effluence valve and let the plastic melt flow into the other cavity. Just use the pressure gas to pack the mold (molding machine is stop hold pressure). Finally, gas is vented and mold opening. This process is needed to add a effluence cavity. Process diagram:

1. Up grate the quality of product surface.
2. Reduction the cost of power
3. Save the plastic raw materials.

<3>Full injectionMould closes and full filled the mould with the plastic melt , and then (after some time delay), the high-pressure gas is injected into the melt , just use the pressure gas to pack the mold ( injection machine is stop hold pressure), finally, gas is vented and mold opening. ●Type: The 'full injection' method is specially used for thin section moldings, typically shell product components. For example: such as TV set and key board.
●Advantages: 1. Elimination of sink marks and up grate the quality of product surface.
2. Reduction the cost of power
3. Improved dimensional stability with no distortion.

Gas assisted injection molding system
Gas-assisted injection molding system, composed by Pashed Pressure Controller, nitrogen separation machine and high-pressure compressor parts. According to the current production, there are two main types of high-pressure gas preparation machine: air booster and all-electric high-pressure nitrogen gas production equipment.
●Air booster equipmentneed user purchase the bottled nitrogen. The advantages of these devices is small and can be move, easy to install; disadvantage is that less gas (usually only adequate to the use of two injection molding machine). Therefore, this type of equipment is not suitable for mass production. Diagram:

All-electric high-pressure nitrogen gas production equipment: composed by electric high-voltage compressor machine and nitrogen separation machine. The advantages of these devices can produce high-purity nitrogen, and a large quantity of gas, stable, and suitable for mass production needs. Diagram

@neverlose : Bạn nói nhược điểm của thằng này là không ứng dụng được cho khuôn có nhiều lòng khuôn là chưa đúng.
Hiện tại mình đang cầm trên tay 1 shot bàn chải 16 cavities sử dụng Gas Injection nè.

Trong diễn đàn mình có anh em nào đã từng thiết kế khuôn và chạy máy ép có sử dụng công nghệ này rồi thì chia sẻ với.
( Thông số ép của máy ép, thông số của bộ điều áp Nito...giá cả như thế nào ...)

Mình có trang web này về Gas Injection cũng trình bày một số phương pháp, và hình minh họa cũng dễ hiểu, nhưng mà đối với mỗi phương pháp thì không thấy nêu nhược điểm là ntn cả...
