Need Some Support in Automating a Process In Autodesk Inventor

Hii Friends, I need some help in automating a small process in Autodesk INventor. I am new to Auto Desk, But My boss gave me that work, That is an entrance test for my job, If I complete it I will get a Job, So I am begging you to help me as soon as possible.

Hii Friend, the problem is as follows

For the part or assemble that is selected in Inventor,

Step 1: we need to draw a rectangular border, it has to touch the part from the for sides of the rectangle.

Step 2 : Now for that rectangle we need to pass a its off set as 72

Step 3 : After that we need to copy and rotate that offset for every 5 degrees and that has to appear as the following image shows.

We need to automate these 3 steps using VBA in inventor.
