Inventor 2014 chính thức được phát hành ngày 26/3/2012 với những tính năng mới khiến cho các đối thủ của hãng không khỏi bàng hoàng bởi mỗi năm cho ra một bộ sản phẩm mới. Dưới đây là những chi tiết tính năng mới của inventor 2014.

  • Hỗ trợ việc đo kích thước theo các chuẩn, theo phong cách riêng:
Các phiên bản trước việc hỗ trợ cho đo và hiển thị kích thước đôi lúc làm các nhà thiết kế chưa được hài lòng về khả năng tạo ký hiệu, kiểu dáng chữ, tạo phong cách riêng. Tuy nhiên inventor 2014 đã hỗ trợ gần như tối đa phần này.


  • Hỗ trợ việc tạo và vẽ các đường cong theo cách mới của sketch curves.
Inventor 2013 mới chỉ giới thiệu đến hai loại mới đó là kiểm soát điểm (control point) và phương trình đường cong (equation curves) trong phác thảo 2D và 3D. Phiên bản hiện tại Inventor 2014 đã hỗ trợ đầy đủ hai loại này trong phác thảo 2D và 3D
.

mình xin bổ xung thêm 2 tính năng mới:
- trong phần sketch còn có thêm chức năng tạo slot để vẽ các rãnh then
- ở drawing có thêm chức năng tách part list hoặc table thành 2 phần, cái này khá hay, hiện tại dùng part list muốn chia làm 2 phần toàn phải chèn 2 cái rồi hide bớt đi rất mất thời gian.
thêm một số tính năng hay mà máy mình không kham nổi, đành dùng ver cũ vậy, haizzz
